Following the following cycling events, disruptions are to be expected on the 2 Val d’Arly Nature Lines:
– Flumet – Col des Aravis
– Villages du Val d’Arly – Les Saisies
(Depending on the planned road closures).

From the resort of Les Saisies, this 2.5 hour hike takes you up to the summit of the Chard du Beurre and its Mont Blanc balcony, which boasts a 360° view of the surrounding peaks and lends itself wonderfully to a picnic with friends or family.
Access from Beaufort
Take the shuttle bus towards Les Saisies to the Signal parking lot. Follow the direction Col de la Lézette passing over Col des Saisies, Espace Erwin Eckl, Mountain Twister and Les Verdets. From the pass, take the direction of Le Chard du Beurre by going up in the mountain pasture by Plan Périot. From the summit, go down towards Covetan passing through Sous le Chard du Beurre and Forêt de Covetan. From there, return to the Signal via Les Sangliers, Espace Erwin Eckl and Col des Saisies. It is possible to take the Chard du Beurre chairlift to make the climb easier and access the summit directly.
A short walk from the Fort of Tamié, a beautiful loop (about 2 hours), accessible to families, allows you to discover the valley of Tamié and its remarkable abbey, founded by Peter II of Tarentaise around 1132.

Take the shuttle bus to Tamié via Frontenex. At the parking lot, follow Abbaye de Tamié. Go past Le chemin du fort and le hameau des Moulins. Once you have arrived at the Abbaye de Tamié continue until Sur l’Abbaye. Then turn left towards Col de Tamié – Parking, go past Mallapalud – Centre de vacances and come back to the starting point to enjoy the setting or get a shuttle back.

Go on a long, scenic, family-friendly mountain bike ride through the alpine pastures below the Aravis cliffs.

Take the shuttle bus in front of the Tourist Office to its terminus at the Col des Aravis. From the parking lot, take the trail towards La Zorette and then the path towards La Tête. From there, continue in balcony until Psamo, Plan Rebord, and direction Chalet du Curé. Then continue the itinerary towards Bogneuve, the trail alternates between ascents and descents until the Col de l’Arpettaz and its numerous alpine farms (restaurant / cheese sales). Beware the itinerary is long, remember to take something to hydrate you well.
2 courses to initiate oneself to the pleasures of riding the Enduro VTT with a succession of playful passages interspersed with more technical sections. Access possible “by pedal” or, without effort, directly by chairlift on certain days of the week.
Access from Albertville
From the SNCF train station, take the shuttle directly to Arêches or make a change at Beaufort to get the shuttle back to Saint-Guerin (schedules on p. 6 and 7). From the center of Arêches, either go down into the village and then take the Grand Mont chairlift (open Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays in the summer), or go up the Col du Pré road and then the Grande Parre forest trail (6.5 km and + 700 m) to the starting points on the Cuvy plateau.Possibility of coupling these routes with other mountain bike circuits (rando and Enduro) of easy to expert levels.
