How about rediscovering the flavours of our mountains? Here, our dishes are guided by taste! Our plates combine vegetables from our garden with locally produced meat, fish and cheese. The delicious smells of grandma’s cooking bring back childhood memories. Our team love rethinking and recreating these old recipes!
Our rooms have been decorated to create a cosy ambiance, while preserving the authenticity of the building. The old wood of the farm has been restored to create unique pieces furniture. Here a modern touch has been harmoniously associated with the ancestral materials that have been revalorized through the furniture.
On the food side of things, we strongly favour local products and grow a large majoriyt of our vegetables on site, following the ‘Slow Food’ philosophy for good, clean and fairtrade products. The open kitchen allows you to watch the show, but also to see that our dishes are cooked with fresh products. Our menu evolves all year long according to the season, the vegetable garden, and the capacities of the local producers. We believe in keeping the soul and the taste of our region alive.
