    * Tricky sections:
    - The first minor difficulty is the Col des Aravis from the village of La Giettaz, a 6km climb on a relatively even gradient that can still reach 8% in places.
    - The Col de La Colombière will be the second tricky section, a climb that nevertheless remains steady over 12km with an average gradient of 6%.
    It's only from Chinaillon onwards that the going gets tougher, especially with the final 1.5km at 8% and its final ramp.
    - The return journey is via the Col des Aravis, which is relatively easy.
    There are no steep sections, but the second part (approx. 6km), after passing La Clusaz, offers a slightly steeper but fairly regular climb at 6/7%.
