    * Difficult sections :
    The first little difficulty of the week to get you started is the Col des Aravis from the village of La Giettaz, which covers 6km and has a relatively steady gradient that can still reach 8% in places.
    The second difficulty, the ascent of the Col de la Croix Fry on the La Clusaz side, has no high-percentage sections but a final stretch of more than 3.5km at 7-8% (with a small, life-saving plateau at the end of a long hairpin bend).
    The last climb will be the small but tough Col des Annes.
    From the hamlet of Les Plans, there will be 6.8 km with a terrible average gradient of 9.5%! There's hardly a metre of flat (a tiny 370 m at the hamlet of La Duche), a 1.1 km section at 12%, the last kilometre and a half at almost 11.5%, and the last 500 metres at 12.5%!
    The return via the other side of the Aravis mountains will be a mere formality.

    The organisers reserve the right to modify the route according to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

    All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
    Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2025 or no longer than one year ago.
    No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
