Come and meet Florent, owner of the "Toî du Monde": discover his restaurant-gîte, designed with sustainable development and responsible tourism in mind, and taste his "home-made" charcuterie at the end of your visit!

Florent decided to create "Le Toî du Monde" on his grandmother's farm. The project is not only environmentally friendly, but also festive and gourmet! Carbon-neutral building, local sourcing, on-site vegetable garden, Gault et Millau chef's hat... Florent explains it all!
At the end of your visit, sample Toî du Monde's "home-made" charcuterie, smoked in the "Starfu", the large fireplace typical of traditional Val d'Arly chalets.
