    Departure from La Giettaz - Flumet - Flon - Crest Voland - Cohennoz - Ugine - Col de l'Arpetaz - Héry sur Ugine - Flumet -- La Giettaz: 74km/2300m+.

    * Tricky sections:
    The first difficulty will be part of the 19th stage of the Tour de France as well as the amateur Tour stage: the Crest Voland climb. It will be the most difficult part of the race.
    The 5.6km climb to Crest-Voland has an average gradient of 8%, including a very tough 1.9km section at 9.5% on variant 2.

    You'll need to keep your wits about you on the descent to Cohennoz.

    Then the last big difficulty, the Col de l'Arpetaz!
    A fairly long climb of 16.2 km with 1168 m of ascent at an average gradient of 7%. If we take away the first 3.2 kilometres at 4.5%, which are not too difficult, the next 12.9 kilometres consist of climbing an incredible series of switchbacks (around 40!!!) at an average gradient of 8%!

    Again, a tricky descent not to be taken lightly.

    The return to La Giettaz will be a mere formality.

    The organisers reserve the right to modify the route according to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

    All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
    Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2025 or no longer than one year ago.
    No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
