  • The Col de la Colombière is a tough mountain pass. The Tour de France climbs it regularly. Despite the setting, the chalet perched at the top of the pass doesn't seem far away, but still... it will take a few pedal strokes, and above all, not giving up...

  • You will be accompanied by instructors who hold the BE cycling certificate. Assistance and follow car will be on the program.
    Meeting at 8.15 am, for a departure at 8.30 am.

    The only tricky section will be the Col de la Colombière.
    Starting in Scionzier, you can warm up over 2km. From Blanzy, the hostilities begin with 1.1 km at 5%, then 2 km at 8% and finally 1 km at 6.5%. You'll have to make the most of a generous flat area of between 2 and 3% for 3km as far as Le Reposoir, because the second part of this climb will be no picnic: 7.3km at an average gradient of 8.5%!
    It's the last 3km that will seem interminable, a terrible finish with 2km at 9.5% and then the last 800 metres at 10.5% to reach the Col de la Colombière.

    The organisation reserves the right to modify the routes according to the weather conditions and other unforeseen events.

    All participants must provide proof that they are fit to practise cycling.
    Each participant must have a medical certificate that proves their ability to cycle that dates from 2024 or no longer than one year ago.
    No registration will be taken into account if the file is incomplete.
